I gave my stuff away but it still says it is available???

Hi there, Call me spacey but I have items listed and all were taken but it still says it is available? I have looked but can not find out how to say taken? Help! I'm lost. oh, and thanks too!

Here's what you do: 1. Click

Here's what you do:

1. Click "view item"

2. At the top of the page, click "edit item"

3. In the drop down menu under "item status" change it from "active" to "item successfully received or given away."

4. This will open up a new box below called "transaction completion" with another drop-down menu under the heading "who claimed this item?"

5. Select the user name of the person who claimed the item from the drop-down list. If you don't remember the user name of the person who claimed it, go back to the original e-mail you received from them. In the title of thee-mail it will say,"someone with the user name ______ has claimed this item."

6. Once you've selected the person's user name from the drop-down list, go to the bottom of the page and click "submit." The item should now appear in your "items given" list in your profile and the other person's "items received" list in their profile.

I cannot find

I am new - and I have some questions.

1) I have looked on the website to see how I can ask a question, but i cannot find where it is at. Help me locate it.

2) I ad a need fulfilled and I have been trying to find out how I can delete it off the web site. Every time I click on to view my items, there is no edit button to delete it. So, the question is - how do I delete a "need" item?

See if this helps, if not let me know and I will delete the Need, as I have admin rights on the site.
