January 26, 2008 - 11:35am — hindesyi know we have done this before but for some odd reason it will not reconize my password again so i had to start over and put in the new-same password that i have been using to give away lots of stuff any advice would be helpful again other wise i guess i will just donate my stuff elsewhere. thank you lois

all taken care of. i was not loging in before i put in my password. also another prob. sometimes i forget who claims what i have given away. i know them by their first real name but not by email there for it will not let me delete my giveaways. any suggestions. thanks your great
Check the original e-mail you received
You need to go back to the original e-mail you received from them. It says, "Someone with the user name ____________ has claimed this item..."
Then you can go into the item and select that user name as the person who claimed it.

thank you i never would have thought of that. i was so excited about giving my stuff away i used what i thought was their name. i think someone is prob. scratching their head right now saying i did not get that item. did i screw things up. sorry if i did.
