I logged-in as you and found the "post item you need" link right where its supposed to be (third link down in your "My Twoshirts" menu on the right), so I'm not sure why you're not seeing it. I suppose it could be a browser issue, but nobody else has reported this problem.

Do me a favor, if you're able to take a screenshot, send me one (via the contact page - link at the bottom) of your logged-in menu so I can see what you're seeing from your computer.

One last note: In order to log in to your account I had to change your password. So I've set it as the last name in your e-mail address. Log=in using that new password and then change it back again to whatever you want. Let me know if that doesn't make sense.
