2 bedroom condo for rent

Hello everyone,
We have a two bedroom condo for rent. It has a garage, washer dryer hook-up (option to purchase our washer and dryer)dishwasher and central air. There is a pool and it is a quiet neighborhood with a park within walking distance. It is conveniantly located between Fisher and Trabue, with very quick access to 70. I could also get to OSU campus in 10 minutes just by hitting Lane Avenue. Ideal for a single individual, or a couple just starting out.

I have lived here for 6 years but now that I am married we are buying a house. We thought we had the place rented but the couple backed out. If you or anyone you know may be interested please contact me.

It would be $685 total with us paying the condo fee out of the rent.
That's $125.00 condo fee plus $560.00 rent.

The master bedroom is huge with a walk-in closet, and the pool is really nice. I hate giving it up. There is also a fireplace.I love this place. It's just there are three of us and we plan on adding to the family soon.
Is there anything else you might like to know?
