please help me remove claimed items!
November 9, 2008 - 8:09pm — stewartjessi'm new here to twoshirts and have no idea how to change the status of some items that i have given away. do i have to do something or does the recipient have to do it?? HELP!
i hate getting email about the items and having to say, "sorry, not available anymore, i have no idea how to change the post!"

welcome to the site...here is how
you would go about listing an item as claimed.
1. log in to your account.
2. go to "My Active Items" on the right hand side where you went to post the item originally.
3. open the post to whatever you had claimed already example
Pink Shoes posting.
4. Go to "status" which is under the title, and then hit CLAIMED
5. You will need to know the user name who claimed said item
6. go in and mark CLAIMED and it will give you a drop down menu of ALL members names
7. find the persons screen name and mark it claimed by that person.
Doing this will take it from active to given away and it will no longer be in the database for people to email you on. It will also show on the recipients profile that they claimed said item
